With multidisciplinary experience spanning clinical medicine, health systems strengthening, pharmacovigilance, medical diagnostics, digital health, software implementation, and organizational transformation, he is committed to advancing high-performing, patient-centered healthcare systems globally.

Dr. Kolawole specializes in integrating Lean principles, Agile methodologies, and Scaled Agile frameworks to drive operational excellence, quality improvement, patient safety outcomes, and organizational innovation across healthcare institutions. His work focuses on building resilient systems, strengthening workforce capability, improving clinical governance, and enabling data-driven decision-making for sustainable transformation.
He is the Managing Partner of Valdymas Intelligence LLC (Texas, USA) and Chief Executive Officer of Valdymas Nigeria Limited, where he leads strategic initiatives in healthcare transformation, education, leadership development, digital innovation, and financial empowerment.
